|Henri Ravina (1818 - 1906), list of works|
|A child prodigy who made his concert debut at the age of eight, Jean Henri Ravina was made a professor immediately upon his graduation from the Paris Conservatoire nine years later. He remained only briefly, electing instead to embark on a career as a piano soloist and composer. His whirlwind concert tours brought him acclaim, and his compositions were immensely popular with his fans. Ravina entered the Legion of Honor in 1861.|
